This hilly course rolls through beautiful Seneca Park, with Beargrass Creek winding its way among the numerous trees and fairways that are being converted from rye to zoysia grass. Seneca has hosted numerous national events. Gary Player, with the most titles of any golfer, won his first American tournament here (1958 Derby City Open). This is one of the most heavily-used courses in the city. Seneca boasts a fantastic chipping green and driving range.

First Tee – Louisville Seneca Youth Golf Course is now being constructed at Seneca Golf Course and will be completed in the next couple of months. We would like to give thanks to the UPS Foundation and Councilman Brent Ackerman for their generous donations to help build the Seneca Youth Golf Course
